OptionalNavigationPropertyConfiguration<TEntityType, TTargetEntityType>.WithOptionalPrincipal Method
Configures the relationship to be optional:optional. The entity type being configured will be the principal in the relationship. The entity type that the relationship targets will be the dependent and contain a foreign key to the principal.
